A hands-on, conversation-driven workshop designed for talent development professionals to explore and navigate their own relationship with AI - before guiding others through it. Using the Prosci ADKAR model and AI Integration Framework as our guides, we’ll move beyond the technology itself and turn the lens inward. Through facilitated discussion, peer exchange, and self-reflection, participants will leave with greater self-awareness about where they personally stand in their AI journey, new perspectives from fellow practitioners, and a clearer path forward for showing up as a grounded, credible guide for AI adoption in their organizations

Learning Objectives:

• Recognize why your own AI adoption journey matters - and how your personal mindset, gaps and/or resistance patterns shape the experiences of those you develop
• Use the ADKAR model as a personal diagnostic tool to identify where you may be getting stuck - and what that reveals about your readiness to lead others
• Apply the Prosci AI Integration Framework to assess where you currently stand in your own AI journey
• Surface and examine your own resistance and assumptions around AI adoption in an honest, peer-supported environment
• Connect your personal experiences to broader patterns shared by fellow talent development professionals across industries
