DEI Policy

ATD events are accessible to all participants. If you have questions or require special accommodations or auxiliary aid related to a disability for you to participate in the event, please notify us at least three weeks in advance of the event date, by email to vp_programming@atdsuncoast.org, outlining your needs and request for accommodation. We will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your need. For requests made less than three weeks in advance of an event, we may be limited in our ability to accommodate your request based on available resources.


Photo Policy

While attending ATD Suncoast events, please be aware that photography, audio, and/or video recording may occur. Your attendance serves as your implied consent for ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter, Inc. to use your image in marketing and social media materials.


Cancellation Policy

In the event a cancellation is needed, we provide a credit to their ATD FL Suncoast account. Alternatively, a participant who can no longer attend an event, may send another person in their place. In extreme situations, the board may approve a refund to the credit card on file.

Release of Information

ATD FL Suncoast will not share learner's information with anyone - speakers, sponsors, etc. Additionally, members can log into their account and customize which membership fields appear in the Membership Directories, forum, and blog posts on Wild Apricot.
