For requests made less than three weeks in advance of an event, we may be limited in our ability to accommodate your request based on available resources.

Photo Policy: 

While attending ATD Suncoast events, please be aware that photography, audio, and/or video recording may occur. Your attendance serves as your implied consent for ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter, Inc. to use your image in marketing and social media materials.

Cancelation Policy: 

Payment must be received 6 days prior to event or registration will be canceled. Apologies but cancellations made within 4 days cannot receive a refund.
