The Art of the Pitch: Selling Your Ideas, Plans, and Designs
Whether you are creating a competency map, designing a course, or showing a prototype of a new performance tool, you’ve taken time and effort—sometimes considerable amounts—to develop your recommendations, and now it is time to SELL them to your stakeholders. Are you taking time and effort to sell your ideas? Selling isn’t typically something we learn as part of our professional development, but there is a lot we can apply from the key elements of a sales pitch. Join this session to learn how to get your audience to “yes.”
About Our Speaker:
Catherine Tencza, MS, is the founder and lead consultant with Tencza Designs. Her favorite part of the job is the wide variety of industries that she has helped. Based in the Atlanta area, she also is very active in local organizations, serving on the boards of a variety of professional and community organizations. Cathy received her BS in Education from the University of Illinois and her MS in Instructional Systems from Florida State University.
