Crystal Kadakia is a rising thought leader, invited speaker, and consultant for Generations and The Future of the Workplace. Her company, Career Indulgence, offers training and consulting solutions that enables design of the future workplace by leveraging the generational diversity of today. The training solutions offered, rather than focusing on the generational differences model, build core competencies needed to work across generations in organizations. The consulting solutions focus on identifying and solving problems in attracting, developing, and retaining the Gen Y/Millennial workforce. Her work includes TEDx, 3M, P&G, GRSA, and ASTD, as well as numerous awards. She is a chemical engineer by education and a project manager, training manager, professional speaker, and entrepreneur by trade.
