Craig Gatrel
our presenter-facilitator
for October 4
Craig has over 25 years experience in the fields of Human Performance Improvement, Organizational Alignment, Project Management and Instructional Design and Development working with companies in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
A new exploration.
Improving Human Performance & Organizations: What do the fields o OD and HPI (Human Performance Improvement) share and what is unique to each?
After spending most of this year looking at Values, Culture and Soul, we now refocus our exploring spirit on an allied field - Human Performance Improvement. Some OD folks may be unaware how the fields of HPI and HPT (Human Performance Technology) share a lot of history, philosophy and even tools and techniques with our own.
In this session, we will explore these commonalities and also surface the unique features of all our background fields. We will do this using an HPI case to explore how we would address the presenting issues. This will provide a lot of discussion time in both small groups and in the large forum.
Our Process
Craig will facilitate small and large group discussions and share some of the tools of HPI.
