Event Details
Step into an immersive, high-energy escape room where emotional intelligence is the key to success. In this hands-on experience, teams will decode clues, solve challenges, and navigate unexpected twists, all while communicating, collaborating, and managing emotions under pressure.


This experience brings EQ concepts to life through real-time practice. Rather than talking about emotional intelligence, participants will experience it in action, making the learning memorable, engaging, and immediately applicable at work.

Learning Objectives
  • Increase self-awareness by identifying personal emotional triggers and how they show up under pressure.
  • Strengthen collaboration and relationship-building by working closely with new people toward a shared goal.
  • Gain insight into how experiential activities, like escape rooms, create learning that is engaging, memorable, and “sticky.”
Why Attend?
Emotional intelligence is critical to effective leadership, teamwork, and communication, yet it’s often difficult to teach through traditional training.
