Optimizing Technology Implementations for Success

Change management is often seen as a step in the ladder of success but in fact, it is THE ladder of success. In this discussion based session, participants will engage in identifying the mistakes of implementations past (using scenarios from the presenters), help identify how & what success should look like. Participants will then have an action plan they can take with them to be used as a blueprint for future implementations, LMS or other learning technology, and can be tailored to different situations.
