About Our Speaker(s):

With more than 20 years of experience, Khris is a driven, results-oriented leader who invokes a culture of continuous improvement. He has developed systematic solutions in Manufacturing Operations, Inventory, Quality and Material Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Training & Development and Learning Management Systems.

Khris’s leadership experience spans across major commercial, retail and military defense contracting organizations, including Motorola (formally Symbol Technologies Inc.), BAE Systems, Portable On Demand Storage (PODS), Orbital ATK, Ashley Global Retail, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.

Khris received his M.B.A. in Quantitative Statistics and Economics from Bryan College and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. He is certified in Langevin Instructional Design and from the Association for Connecting Electronics Industry, Khris is certified in IPC-610 CIT, IPC-J-STD 001 CIT and IPC 7711/7721 CIT.
