Create Level 2 Quizzes & Tests

That Actually Measure Something

Are you confident you know how much participants genuinely learn from your training programs? If not, you're not alone.

In this informative, highly engaging session you will learn practical tips and

guidelines on how to write Level 2 quiz and test questions that produce valued

data. Particular emphasis is also given to writing test questions that measure

job application and not the mere recall of facts.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

1. Use facts from a recent Association for Talent Development (ATD) research study to benchmark an organization's use of Level 2 evaluations.

2. Avoid the common mistakes made by many L&D professionals when creating Level 2 multiple-choice quizzes and tests that result in the collection of misleading or invalid data.

3. Use fifteen tips and best practices for creating valid, scientifically sound multiple-choice test questions.
