Trainers & Managers as Partners in Performance

Facilitator: Jack Wolf, PhD, CPT, Lifelong Learning Partners, Inc.

About the Program: The session is a tools/interactive event where the audience becomes a team where they experience the actual techniques they will use in their organizations.  For the independent contractors they will have specific materials/job-aids/handouts they can use with their clients in the performance improvement/leadership/management programs they are presenting.  We can also discuss certification in this content if anyone wants to pursue this content to that level.

The goals are:

  • Experience 6 fifteen minute techniques that will assist trainers/managers/C level leaders which they can use immediately in their capacities as performance improvement partners
  • Use these modules in short or long term training programs on leadership/management and train-the-trainer programs
  • Use these modules when assessing performance issues within an organization
  • Use the handout and other materials that will be distributed that evening as internal training and job-aids in your programs

For over 20 years Jack Wolf has designed and delivered training programs on performance improvement, training trainers, sales and leadership.  His clients have included HBO, FedEx Leadership Institute, Starbucks, State Farm, the Government of Hong Kong and locally Goodwill, Zenith Insurance and Hoveround.  His designs are experiential and the audience leaves with a tool box of ideas, techniques and content they can immediately use in their practices as training and performance professionals.
