Stephanie Morge

Director of Operations Training & Development at Power Design

Bio:

Stephanie is the Director of Operations Training & Development at Power Design, Inc., a national electrical contractor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Her decade-plus tenure has included a successful track record of initiatives within the QA/QC, Operations, and Training departments. In her current role, Stephanie manages the production and delivery of all training content, classroom facilitation, eLearning, technical evaluations, and on-the-job training. A Florida native, Stephanie graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Finance and has since earned the designations of Certified Quality Auditor and ATD Master Trainer. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family (including her fur babies!).
