Work Challenge: Deadlines, Schmedlines!

Description: What do you do when the deadlines slip? How do you negotiate for more time? Or do you? What about when the client (internal or external) drags their feet and you watch your project run out of time? How do you report that back to your PM/Client/Boss? Bring your challenges and we'll discuss tips for managing time on projects!

This will be an informal discussion to assist with problem-solving. This is open to all (internal, external, member, non-member)
