Please mark your calendars and join us for the ATD Suncoast Sarasota Geographic Interest Group (GIG) Meeting on June 14, 2016 at 6 pm.

Robin Fernandez, NCC, PCC, is a leadership coach, corporate trainer, speaker, professional performer, and aspiring writer. Through her company, Nature of Being, Robin helps individuals and teams with leadership development, effective communication, confidence, public speaking and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, transforming stress, and enabling change. We are fortunate to have Robin present at our June meeting on the topic: Motivators – Learn and Explore the Crucial “Why” in Human Behavior.

Most coaching and training professionals are familiar with DISC Assessments – the useful tool that gives us clues into the “How” we do what we do.  Eduard Spranger, a philosopher and psychologist, developed six value attitudes that the research company TTI utilized to create an assessment tool to measure six Motivators, and most recently developed the unique perspective in viewing 12 Driving Forces.  In this presentation, you will discover how knowing your own and others’ motivators (values) will illuminate the “Why” behind actions (or inactions).  We will take a look at the driving forces behind our behaviors and the areas in which a person derives meaning in life and work.
