2.   NEW Speakers Only!  Complete 2015-2016 Volunteer Application Form application and email to Crystal.Russell@sdhc.k12.fl.us within 48 hours  (pdf form under Resources/Community Involvement).

3.   Email agenda, presentation and materials to Crystal.Russell@sdhc.k12.fl.us at least one week prior to presentation.  Items will be forwarded to the GEAR-UP lead with any special instructions (i.e. printing, projector, etc.).

4.   Please bring printed materials as needed for each presentation.

5.    If you cannot fulfill your date/time:

         Within 1 week, cancel your reservation here: webpage & notify the waitlist backup.

        Within 24 hours, contact Carolyn Eagen at CEagen@ccgBI.com.
