Jo Ann Froman is the Director of Learning and Development at Goodwill Industries Manasota, Inc. She provides guidance to the organization in improving performance at every level. She has a proven track-record that links the examination and implementation of improved performance of Team Members relating to their job. Susan Lowy is the Manager of Instructional Designer and Trainer at Goodwill Manasota. She has developed the leadership curriculum and the online courses for Team Members, enabling them to learn and perform their jobs with increased accuracy. We are fortunate to have Jo Ann and Susan present at our June meeting on the topic:
HPI – The Model and the Methods.
Today's dynamic organizations must achieve positive results in record time - a challenge that requires managers to avoid problems before they arise and to solve these issues quickly. Human Performance Improvement (HPI) is a powerful tool that can be used to help build intellectual capital, establish and maintain a 'high-performance workplace, enhance profitability, and encourage productivity' - as well as increase return on equity and improved safety. Using ATD’s Human Performance Improvement Model, you will obtain an overview of the HPI process.

The Suncoast Chapter of the Association for Talent Development offers this Geographic Interest Group meeting to its members who live or work in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
