OD-SIG of Tampa Bay
May Gathering
Our May session will focus real-life interventions onto the "Map of OD" which framed our discussion of OD book titles at our April session.
OD has historically been a consultative field; interventions (of all stripes!) are its stock and trade. Our May 1st session will use our still-developing "Map of OD" to include, relate, and prompt discussion on the diversity of real-world intervention examples brought to the session by our participants.
No need to study up, or to have attended April's meeting.
We will chart our examples, and use discussion time to see how they relate to one another, and to explore the possibility that this territory of OD fits together in ways that aren't so alien as they sometimes feel.
We hope you will join us!
(Please Register and briefly ponder the PRE-THINK, both noted below.)
Prethink
Think of an OD intervention which you were either a part of (or can speak to)a good example "contact point" with the field of OD.
We'll start with these, then continue into a fun and engaging session, each adding value to our common understanding of what we do.
Kent Linder
Kent describes himself as a "large-system" person, and has the career stories to prove it. He also claims a passion for the ukulele.
Tim Flood
Tim facilitates inter-organization teams, teaches the enneagram, helps plan the OD-SIG events, and is Kent's back-up on this meeting
