This will be an interactive session where participants will learn what the latest research is saying about Succession Planning and then share and explore real-life, practical approaches to how Succession Planning is actually being applied in organizations. We will have three facilitators:

• Terry Wood of Right Management will provide background and a model for Managing Succession
• Kevin Copestick will provide recent research from i4Cp
• Ed Nolan will facilitate roundtable discussions
