Mentorship Program

The ATD Suncoast Chapter is proud to sponsor a mentorship program designed to strengthen careers, build confidence, and expand opportunities for growth in the talent development field (e.g., instructional design, technical communications, training & facilitation, etc.).

This is a 6-month program for Mentors and Mentees to focus on sharing and developing their talent development skills.

Program Details

Do you need help navigating to the next step in your career? Or maybe you are passionate about helping others grow. Whatever your story, this mentorship program is for you!

• Each mentee is paired with one mentor for a 6-month term, with the option to continue by mutual agreement

• Pairings are based on applications, professional goals, and shared interests

• The program runs bi-annually from January through June and July through December.

• Time Commitment: 1–2 hours (minimum) per month, dependent on mentee/mentor goals

Criteria to Apply:

• Be an ATD Suncoast member in good standing

• Be willing to commit to at least two hours a month to the program (includes time with your mentor or mentee)

• Attend the final session at the conclusion of the program
