Since her graduation from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA, she has focused her education and employment in the field of Human Resources and Corporate Training. Tammy has held executive roles in training and development for organizations such as Aramark Services, National Healthcare LLC., and for PODS Inc.. As their Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, Tammy helped to develop PODS Inc. from its infancy to a large International corporation consisting of over 300 remote global locations, and over 10,000 corporate, franchise partners, and employees. She earned national attention through her endeavors in Training and Development winning recognition and awards for innovation in delivering training and development by implementing and utilizing the corporate on-line University LMS in conjunction with mobile devices for the global PODS Inc. network of franchises and employees. Throughout her career, Tammy has been involved in developing quality training & development programs that deliver verifiable business results for companies utilizing blended learning solutions. Currently, she works with eLogic Learning as the Chief Learning Officer, in Tampa Florida. Utilizing her experience and expertise she now assists the large array of LMS and course development clients to analyze and develop training programs for a variety of curriculum and certification programs for on-line learning. She helps companies develop strategic training plans and build innovative eLearning courses that, enhance the quality of their on-line learning programs, utilize a corporate on-line university, and deliver verifiable results & learning objectives.
