Tom Fleming, Director of Training for the Referral Institute, will facilitate a workshop to evaluate whether we are sitting on a goldmine.
The workshop will focus on identifying our training “sweet spot” and target market followed by identifying possible referral partners.

Tom Fleming has the ability to inspire and educate professional audiences whether he is
talking about referral based marketing strategies, organizational development or vision
and strategy. Tom has put his skills to the test as the Director of Training for the Referral
Institute and the Executive Director for BNI in West Central Florida where he has created
an organization of just under 2000 members who pass $75,000,000 per year in referral
business to one another. The proof is in the numbers.
In pursuing these results for others, Tom has coached, trained and spoken to thousands
locally, nationally and internationally while simultaneously:
• Recording well over a dozen educational CD’s on referral based marketing and
• Serving as a master trainer for the Referral Institute and contributing to two best-selling
books titled Masters of Networking and Masters of Success
• Appearing on various television and radio shows
One of the highlights of Tom’s career has been speaking in international markets
(Portugal, Germany, England and Scotland) where he literally got the sense that he was
impacting the way countries approach business development.
Prior to Tom’s work in this area of expertise in 1996 and following his attendance at
Boston University’s School of Business Management, Tom worked for various fortune
500 firms while obtaining an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
