Presents The Latest Research on How Becoming a Talent Mobilizing Organization Drives Performance and Ultimately Drives Results
“As the global leader in Talent Mobility, Lee Hecht Harrison is focused on delivering Career Transition, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Change Management solutions for organizations committed to developing their best talent and becoming employers of choice. With a global footprint with over 300 offices in 60 countries that enables us to provide our clients with a consistent, integrated and scalable approach to address their unique challenges, regardless of size or complexity, anywhere around the world. We also leverage strategic partnerships that help us bring the experience and expertise needed to implement best-in-class solutions with sustainable results. Ultimately, our goal is to assist our clients in “Setting Talent in Motion” and to this affect, we partnered with HCI to launch a study on how small to large, domestic to global organizations are achieving talent mobility success. The upcoming ASTD presentation is based on this new research.
This study looked at a series of components to determine how talent mobility is practiced in respondent organizations. The study had 435 respondents representing:
• 16 industries
• HR and Executive Leadership functions
• Small, mid-size and large organizations
The results allowed us to define talent-mobility and to determine why some organizations are talent-mobilizers and some aren’t. Now, why is being recognized as a talent-mobilizing organization important? Because the findings proved that 81% of Committed Mobilizers report on or above average revenue growth rates, compared with only 69% of other organizations. Therefore, we found a statistically meaningful connection not only between Committed Mobilizers and those categorized as Understanders, Developers AND Deployers vs. all others.
This talk will explore all types of organizations and how they do or don’t have a talent mobile commitment."
