She has focused on delivering programs for both Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. She is certified in several assessment tools including the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. These and other Linkage assessments give teams a framework to discuss communications and work strategies improving the odds of achieving targeted goals.
