About the Facilitator: Ron Hamilton is Founder and Chief Consultant of Practical Human Resources Solutions, a management-consulting firm that provides services in areas such as cutting edge Human Resources practices, training and leadership development, compensation/benefits, organization development, strategic planning, HR policy/handbook development and the development of strategic staffing processes.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Ron served in Senior Management capacities at CoreStates Financial. He was Vice President and Director of Human Resources at CoreStates New Jersey National Bank and Vice President and Director of Human Resources Services at CoreStates Financial Corp in Philadelphia.
Ron has consulted, conducted training programs and delivered dynamic presentations for large and small organizations internationally. Last year Ron was in 12 cities in 11 different countries conducting training programs. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to “start ups” in a variety of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer services and non-profits.
Ron earned his M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an Associate Professor at
