We know that the services of a trainer are very valuable, yet it isn’t unusual to be pressed to show clear ROI for the investment our employers make.  Discover how you can design your own surveys to create SMART, easily translated information to ensure you get the next gig, and the one beyond that. The discussion will assist participants in designing both “pre” and “post” surveys to assure that key objectives are covered and outcomes accurately measured. 

It is important to pre-register for this presentation so that you can receive a brief online survey to learn more about the type(s) of projects they are currently doing.  Then at the meeting we will take several examples and design “pre” and “post” questions to be used in current and future Training and Development offerings.
