Topic: Creating Chatbots for Learning on MSFT Teams, Slack and other Collaboration Platforms
Description: The recent “work from home” phenomenon has been a major catalyst in the proliferation of collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack. These platforms create a persistent connection with the workforce which provides an incredible opportunity for L&D professionals to reach their learners.
In this session, you’ll learn how these platforms enable integration of enterprise chatbots. You can now program a chatbot to be an immediate resource for learners that is always “on” to remind, nudge, challenge as well as answer questions.
This session will review the top use cases like training reinforcement, micro-learning, coaching, onboarding, LMS integration and performance support. We will look at the Teams and Slack admin sites to see setup steps as well as discuss best practices.
You’ll leave this session excited about the possibilities to have an easy, new way to stay connected with your learner population to drive greater ROI with your training programs.
