Transferring skills and knowledge from the classroom to the workplace has been a challenge for learning and development professionals for decades. Today, technology presents new possibilities, at a reasonable cost, to help learners not only apply, but continue to develop knowledge and skills. Speaker Biography:
For more than 35 years, David has helped organizations identify, develop, and manage organizational talent. Currently, he is a manager in DDI’s Accelerated Development Solutions Group where he is responsible for developing and marketing leadership and workforce development products.
Since joining DDI in 1995, David has served as product manager for DDI’s Techniques for a High-Performance Workforce® and manager of DDI’s Research and Development group. Before joining DDI, David was director of education and development for an affiliate of Chase Bank (formerly Bank One).
David has worked with organizations in a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail, health care, and government.
