Having his career intersect with the mobile revolution of the past decade, Derek is able to think pragmatically and strategically to leverage measurable training with SaaS technology to empower individuals in the workplace. He is highly active within the industry, including several advisory roles with various trade organizations. On a pro-bono basis, he consults with numerous start-up firms, along with facilitating respective business relationships.  Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy.
