Leadership Team Offsites

Organization Development consultants, both internal and external, are often called upon to facilitate off-sites or retreats for leadership teams. The objectives vary, of course, but often involve building team cohesiveness, rallying around new goals, strategic planning, understanding individual strengths and weaknesses, etc.

In November, we will take a close look at what the content of these off-sites might be, by sharing videos, assessments, tools and resources we've used.

We will also be provided a real life case study regarding a request for a one day leadership team retreat. As a group, we will design an agenda for the day based on our own experiences and resources. The agenda actually used will then be shared and open for feedback.

Hope to see you on
Friday, November 7.

"Pre-think"

Bring an assessment, tool, or resource you’ve used when facilitating Leadership Teams and be prepared to share what it is, why it has value and when you’ve used it.

Facilitator

Maryjo Bartsch

As a consultant, Maryjo works extensively with a global chemical company as they engage in a culture transformation. She facilitates and coaches change agents around the country and in Canada to become high performing teams and commit to behavior changes that will positively influence the culture of the organization.
