The program will draw on audience insights, research and stellar case studies to reveal what we can do to fix the common mistakes and ensure that our change effort results make our expectations.
Organizations spend countless hours developing change plans in pursuit of competitive advantage and sustained success. While inspirational change ideas create excitement, actually it is important to separate the sizzle from the steak which is successfully executing the change.
