Instructional Designer
- Duration: 6 months+ (will probably be extended)
- Location: Tampa FL
Target Start: Mid March
Partners with business, Learning Performance Consultants and Learning Development Advisors to gather and validate learning requirements (performance requirements, measures of success, terms and conditions).
- Performs analyses, designs and develops learning curriculum to improve performance of USAA employees.
- Assesses the learning outcomes that need to be developed, understands the performance expectations and gaps, and assists in deriving the appropriate learning solution.
- Starting out the role will be 50% design, 50% facilitation
Looking for:
- Experience in instructional design and development – 5+ years
- Experience with multiple instructional approaches to include web-based, instructor led, or virtual instructor-led, and or blended training – minimum 6 years
- Experience in graphic design and user experience design – minimum 4 years
- Articulate 360 suite, especially Storyline, Vyond or similar tools
- Adobe Products including Audition and Animate
Big Plus to have:
Any experience in Claims for Auto – APD (Auto Physical Damage – car estimates, body shops, car claims)
