    Position Title:  Human Resources Consultant

    • Location:  St. Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale, Baltimore, Toronto (currently remote, but a couple of days per week in one of the above locations in the future)
    • PT/FT/Contract:  Full-time

    What is the Global Talent Development group responsible for?

    This team delivers strategic and impactful development programs and solutions to support business results and enhance the effectiveness of leader and individual capability.     What are the responsibilities of the Senior Learning Consultant?

    The main area of responsibility will be to work on a global team to support the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development programs.  Key responsibilities include assessing learning needs, recommending solutions, curating content, developing solutions, and facilitation of learning sessions.  Most delivery will happen in a virtual classroom setting, but in-person delivery is also possible in the future. 

    Analysis, Design & Development or Curates

    • Independently assesses business problems and recommends solutions
    • Serves as team lead to design and develop solutions for leaders/senior target audience
    • Identifying learning personas/situations and guiding the curation of content for learning pathways

    Implementation, Facilitation & Evaluation

    • Oversees implementation plan for solutions delivery, ensuring technology savvy modes are explored and leveraged, and learning objectives are met
    • Provides individual and group coaching and debriefs assessments as part of our strategic leader development program
    • Support classroom session logistics, scheduling, and LMS data management
    • Analyzes evaluation outcomes, shares summary data with stakeholders, recommends and implements changes as necessary 

    Best Practices

    • Researches learning and development solutions using technology, trends, tools, and best practices
    • May oversee the creation and maintenance of repositories of tools and content 

    Project Management

    • May participate as a lead or team member on various projects
    • Manages global talent management initiatives and projects, including leading, planning, communicating, managing, and evaluating scope, resources, and time parameters to achieve desired results
    • Engages with stakeholders within and outside HR as required to ensure buy-in and where ownership of recommended solution is critical
    • Engages with project stakeholders and ensures they are onboard throughout project life cycle



    What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

    • 8-12 years’ work experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development / Leadership Development
    • Degree level or postgraduate qualifications are desirable, particularly in the areas of Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or any relevant field (or) extensive experience in a Learning and Development function.
    • Experience providing coaching to senior leaders, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or higher preferred 
    • Solid understanding of program design, facilitation and evaluation of training solutions is required
    • Strong communication, influencing, and organization skills are essential
    • Adept at building relationships, influencing others, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions
    • Exposure to working with learning management systems
