    Job Description

    As an e-learning technician at Power Design, you’ll work at our corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. You’ll get to partner with our training specialists to deliver and improve online learning products for our employees through a custom learning management system.

    • Develop e-learning content, multimedia and modules for our learning management system.
    • Create a variety of interactive exercised and assessments for e-learning courses.
    • Collaborate, brainstorm and problem solve interactive modules, troubleshooting any potential functionality errors and communicating with the IT and training teams.
    • Advise on the overall production of e-learning content, including assisting in the design of measurement instruments and the creation of advanced learning activities and questions for quizzes and certification exams.
    • Delivery quality work while ensuring production schedule deadlines are met, and perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (instructional design, curriculum development or other related field preferred)
    • 3+ years of e-learning experience required; experience with Adobe Captivate preferred
    • Someone who is extremely organized, creative and obsessed with the details.
    • An expert at dealing with ambiguity and extremely tight deadlines and who is a proven wiz at rapid course and content development.
    • Someone with excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate a variety of instructional content across various core subject areas.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HTML5, Adobe Photoshop or other eLearning software would be a plus.
    • Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
    • Non-smoker.
