Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience, to support the organization’s Leadership and Professional Development strategy. Supports developing processes to support the firm’s objectives in the areas of leadership development and professional development, performance management, key talent/high-potential development, change management, and team performance. Participates and provides leadership on small to mid-scale leadership and professional developments projects with significant cross-functional business exposure across the organization. Provides recommendations to drive greater logistical efficiency and program effectiveness and escalate problems. Contact with senior management, external clients, and vendors may be required to identify, research and resolve issues.
