Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience, to support the organization’s talent management strategy. Supports developing and implementing processes that support the firm’s objectives in the areas of performance management, key talent/high-potential development, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, change management, strategic planning and team performance. Provides leadership on projects with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams within assigned client groups and across the Raymond James enterprise. Develops, plans and implements strategies aimed at building organizational performance. Influences strategic direction, develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions. Supports comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Extensive contact with internal customers, including senior management, is required to identify research, analyze, and resolve issues.
