About Doug:

Doug’s current role as Founder / CEO, LEADERSHIP FilmWorks LLC is where he serves as a cultural change strategist and consultant, award-winning film / documentary producer and director, published author, and speaker working with clients on how to use film to inspire and develop leaders at all levels.

For HR professionals that need a new approach to their critical need for leadership development, LEADERSHIP FilmWorks is the boutique leadership development provider that tailors a training program to fit an organization’s culture to advance current leadership talent into great leaders through filmmaking and other pioneering training methods unlike other practices that are impersonal and traditional. LEADERSHIP FilmWorks training solutions helps an organization’s current and next generation leaders realize their full potential in an engaging and entertaining way.

Doug is the creator of the “Total Recall” evidence-based model used to enhance learning, comprehension, and recall in corporate-learning settings. He produced and directed two award-winning documentaries – Dovere for Camden and The Heart of Camden – the Story of Father Michael Doyle narrated by the Emmy award winning actor Martin Sheen. He has also produced several corporate parodies of mainstream movies such as James Bond (teaching job competencies), The Godfather (reinforcing company values), Star Trek (the importance of execution), and Mission Impossible (introducing knowledge management).

An alum of the Wharton Business School, Doug earned a doctorate degree in corporate learning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from

Villanova University. He is also a member of the PennCLO advisory board.
