He is driving future business improvement through independent research to improve Verizon employee and customer experiences. Implementing award winning state-of-the-art technologies for both physical and digital experiences. Over the past 2 years Fraser has immersed himself in Augmented and Virtual Reality delivering solutions to the field workers across the business.
