If you have questions or require special accommodations or auxiliary aid related to a disability for you to participate in the event, please notify us at least three weeks in advance of the event date, by email to vp_programming@atdsuncoast.org, outlining your needs and request for accommodation. We will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your need. For requests made less than three weeks in advance of an event, we may be limited in our ability to accommodate your request based on available resources.

ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter (Suncoast) reserves the right to use any photograph/ audio/ video taken at any event sponsored by Suncoast, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Your attendance serves as your implied consent for ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter, Inc. to use your photograph/ audio/ video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Suncoast including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, newsletters, websites, and social media.

ATD FL Suncoast will not share learner's information with anyone - speakers, sponsors, etc. Additionally, members can log into their account and customize which membership fields appear in the Membership Directories, forum, and blog posts on Wild Apricot.
