Closing the Communication Gaps; Understanding our Differences

There is a serious new problem in the workplace, and it has nothing to do with downsizing or global competition. Instead it is a problem created by distinct generations in the workforce.
This is the first time in American history that we have had four very different generations working side-by-side.
Individuals with different values, different ideas, different ways of getting things done and different ways of communicating are now occupying the same space.
This training focuses on the differences that occur in staff, relative to how they communicate based on generational bias.
Discussion topics take a look at generational differences in the four groups in the workplace.
This training was designed and developed to:
 Develop awareness about generational differences in the workplace.
 Provide training that focuses on the pertinent communication issues.
 Identify the keys for successful cross generational communication.
 Offer techniques and strategies for effective communication.
