About the Facilitator:  Terry Wood is Senior Vice President and an Executive Coach with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.

With over 15 years of experience across several industries including hardware and software, telecommunications, manufacturing and banking, Terry specializes in organizational development and design initiatives, succession planning, performance management, competency identification and career progression, as well as leadership development and executive coaching. Terry is also certified and experienced in several behavioral and feedback assessments.

Prior to joining Right Management, Terry was Director of Talent Management for PODS, Inc., where he developed and delivered innovative performance management and succession planning programs, as well as leadership development and career coaching services. He has also held a Senior Vice President officer position with The South Financial Group, specializing in leadership/organizational development, executive coaching, assessments, and training.

Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, International Business Honor Society; American Society of Training and Development; Society of Human Resource Management and a Board Member of SrHRD since 2005.
