Panel Members:

Alex Savon - Alex is the Leadership Development Manager for Suncoast Credit Union where he manages curriculum instructors and helps create competency-based classes and programming and manages a selective leadership academy used for succession planning.

Bruce Napier - Bruce is the Senior Administrator, Assessment and Organizational Development, for TECO Energy, in Tampa.  He has been training, developing, and supervising instructors, individuals and work groups in various leadership, supervision, and motivational disciplines since 1981—all over the world.

Tami Krebs - Tami is a Director, Talent and Development for Raymond James Financial Services, where she is helping her client groups within the firm build their future leadership pipeline through the development of more effective teams and leaders. Tami has over 18 years experience includes identifying and implementing creative organization, leadership, and talent development solutions across a variety of industries.

Gabi Harmon - Gabi is an internal Organization Development consultant with Moffitt Cancer Center and a part-time adjunct instructor in leadership studies at USF.  Gabi’s latest project has been redesigning Moffitt’s leader onboarding program.
