Design Thinking: Implementing Across Your Organization

Description: Design Thinking is a creative process that combines thoughtful user research with rapid iteration. It has become an industry standard used by some of the world’s most innovative companies including Google, Apple, IBM, Mayo Clinic, and SAP.  Although many people understand the concepts, they are challenged with how to implement within their own organization.  In this session we will explore how to instill design thinking as a competitive advantage in your culture and will provide tools to help you implement it across your organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Review the steps of design thinking.
  • Establish concepts for how to implement it within your organization.
  • Participate in an interactive session to help accelerate implementation.
