Bob Feckner – Sr. Instructor, Sr. Performance Consultant

Bob Feckner is a Senior Performance Consultant and Senior Instructor with Dale Carnegie Training Tampa Bay.  He works successfully with businesses and individuals throughout the bay area to help them breakthrough to higher levels of performance. Bob is a specialist in developing action plans for a wide range of individuals and organizations committed to growth in a tough, competitive economy. He has partnered with a number of prestigious clients in the Tampa Bay area including: Mastercut Tool, Bausch & Lomb, Payment Systems for Credit Unions (PSCU), Bay Tech Industries, Bank of America, Rooms to Go, Keystone Automotive, Catalina Marketing, RNR Wheels, Universal American Mortgage Corporation, Suncoast Autobuilders, Premier Community Bank, Good Humor/Breyer’s Ice Cream and others. 

Bob received his MBA with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of West Florida and his BS in Management from Florida Institute of Technology.  Prior to working with Dale Carnegie, Bob served as an executive with the West Central Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America where he was Advisor to the council’s Training Committee and conducted training at all levels of the organization.  While with the Boy Scouts, Bob, an Eagle Scout, also coordinated the activities of over 600 volunteers providing Scouting to over 2,000 local youth.
