Develops processes and education programs to support the firm’s objectives in the areas of key talent/high-potential development, leadership development, change management, and performance management. Participates and provides leadership to large scale projects with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams. Develops plans and leadership implementation strategies aimed at building organizational performance. Influences strategic direction, develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments to support mid to executive leadership development strategy. Extensive contact with internal customers, including senior management, is required to identify, research, analyze, and resolve issues.
